It's time to get rid of the clunky boots and get on the prowl. Known world-wide for impeccable comfort and style, the PUMA brand continues to exceed the expectations of wearers all over the globe, including Canada!
In 1924, Rudolf and Adolf Dassler founded the Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory in Herzogenaurach, Germany. Their products gained widespread fame after Jesse Owens won four gold medals in the 1936 Berlin Olympics while wearing their shoes. The official PUMA company was then founded in 1948, and four years later they developed the screw-in studded soccer shoes.
For decades PUMA has been on the forefront of creating some the best athletic shoes around, while gradually introducing quality casual shoes. This is naturally why the entire office was in an uproar when we launched the brand - personally, I can’t wait to get my pair of El Ace perforated PUMAs!
The El Ace sneaker silhouette is still a relative-newbie for PUMA, but is sure to be an icon someday.
My favourite part about the El Ace sneaker is that it's one of those low-profile kicks that goes with pretty much anything, including jeans, cords, khakis, shorts...who doesn't love versatility?
For the ladies, PUMA has some great casual styles alongside sneakers and high-tops, such as cute and sporty ballet flats.
The Elsie is a round toe ballerina flat with embroidered details, reinforced heel collar and padded Eco-ortholite foot bed that will carry you from day to night.
The Zandy Mesh flat is a feminine, sporty ballet flat designed specifically for the woman looking for comfort and performance.
