From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, ShoeMe offers you a Hassle Free 100-day Return Policy.
This means that you can return your product within 100-days of purchase and receive a full refund. Returning your product to ShoeMe is free of charge, we cover the cost of postage and handling for all returns. Did we mention that it’s FREE!
*Orders returned from remote areas not serviced by Purolator may incur additional charges.
To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Care team at 1-866-440-7948 or email us at customerservice@shoeme.ca and they will email you a pre-paid, pre-populated PUROLATOR return waybill AND a Returns Slip. Print both documents once received.
- Please assist us by completing the Returns Slip you just printed out by including the order number, item name, and the Return Reason and include this form with your return shipment.
- Place the pair(s) of shoes you wish to return in the original shoe box, place the original shoebox in a shipping box and affix the waybill label on the outside of the shipping box. Please note that the shoe and original shoebox must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to return it.
- As ALL returns are FREE with ShoeMe, you can opt to have the shoes picked up from your home or office, whichever is most convenient for you, and our friendly couriers will return them to us with NO CHARGE or hassle to you.
Contact PUROLATOR at 1-888-744-7123 to book a pick-up, or go to http://www.purolator.com/DropOffLocator/ to find a drop off location nearest you. PUROLATOR will provide you with a consignment number so you can track your parcels’ movements on their website. - Once we receive your returned shoes, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely at our warehouse. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition.
- Our Returns Team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account to allow for bank processing.
Important Note: We may decline to offer a refund, even if it's within the returns window, in the following circumstances:
- All shoes must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear AND in their original, UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL SHOE BOX or ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OUTSIDE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Returns may be declined if the returned product is damaged by someone other than a ShoeMe team member or the manufacturer.
- Returns will not be accepted for any VIP SALE items or any products marked "FINAL SALE".
If this is the case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you.
